If you only wish to use our Bookkeeping services, that is fine as it can be cost effective, knowing that you can manage your business whilst your accounts are being looked after by a professional.
At Numbers R Us, we meet every 3 months with clients, after preparing a cashflow forecast, we analyse company performance with you and help you to reach your business goals. Your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet are explained to you, it is your business, not ours, so you can understand exactly how your business is performing. We make suggestions to you as to how you can reach your business goals.
Numbers R Us will give you peace of mind & take away the headache of Bookkeeping.
If we are also your Accountants, rest assured that your Accounts will be completed in a timely manner and before you sign the Year end Accounts, we make sure that you understand your company accounts.
Self-Assessments – These are not due until 31st January. However, we prefer to do them anytime after 6th April, just after the Tax year so that we don’t have to do every Self-Assessment in January! For those that are Self-Employed, we ask them to send their documentation from April. By doing it early, the advantage is that you know how much you need to pay for Self-Assessment, but you do not pay HMRC until 31st January.

Numbers R Us is also a Payroll Bureau. We offer a professional & reliable payroll service, whether your payroll is weekly or monthly.

Xero Training
Howard is Xero Certified and can set up your organisation in Xero. He will set up your company stationery on Xero and train you to do your own sales invoices.
If you wish to have any further Xero training, this can also be arranged or you may need a refresher course, maybe even train a new member of staff.
